First Annual Methods Deadlifting Competition

Join us for the First Annual Methods Deadlifting Competition, a fundraiser supporting our Methods Weightlifting Athletes on their journey to Nationals. This year, Nationals will be held in Colorado Springs, CO, from June 21–29, 2025. We are sending two dedicated athletes and want to help cover their travel expenses—so let’s lift for a great cause.

Competition Details

Divisions:

• Youth (18 & under)

• Men’s Division

• Women’s Division

Cash Prize: The winner will receive a $100 cash prize, but if participation is strong, the jackpot will increase.

Entry Fees:

• Competitors: $20

• Spectators (ages 12+): $5 in advance | $10 at the door

Lifters, Please Note:

• Arrive before 9:45 AM to complete sign-up and waivers.

• Warm-ups begin at 9:00 AM.

• No weigh-ins required.

• Each athlete will have 3 attempts for their deadlift
